Rugby Leno’s promotion to Serie B is a success built on local talent and genuine passion. Out of 50 registered players, 45 grew up in the Bassa youth academy—a clear sign of the territory’s identity and strength. The coaching staff, composed of Arbosti, Pintossi, Bonazzoli, and Gandinelli, also carries the local tradition in their hearts: three of them have worn the youth and senior jerseys of Rugby Manerbio and Rugby Leno.
This achievement reflects years of dedicated work: managers, coaches, team assistants, and volunteers have tirelessly collaborated to grow the project with method, dedication, and consistent planning. The turning point came between February and March with decisive victories against Calvisano, Fiumicello, and Casalmaggiore, proving that passion and commitment always pay off.
Three seasons of amateur yet professional effort allowed more than 30 prepared and motivated players to take the field each week, ultimately reaching the long-awaited goal of Serie B.
