We carry out in-line and post-production inspections to ensure compliance of each part at every stage of the production cycle: from raw materials to casting, all the way to the finished product.

Our in-house laboratory is equipped with advanced instruments for:

Chemical analysis with spectrometer to verify alloy composition

Visual and dimensional inspections, both manual and with coordinate measuring machines

Metallographic and Hardness Testing (HB)

X-ray Radiography and Penetrant Testing for Non-Destructive Inspections

The foundry quality control system is integrated into every department and overseen by our quality office, which works closely with production to ensure consistently high standards for every part and every client.
