On Sunday, May 1, the Italian Absolute Championships for the 10,000 meters track event took place in Brescia. Kupral was among the sponsors of this important sporting event.
The women’s race was won by Anna Arnaudo (Battaglio Cus Torino Atl.), who held first place throughout the race and finished with a time of 32:46.05. Completing the podium were Rebecca Lonedo (Atletica Vicentina) and Gaia Colli (Atletica Valle Brembana).
In the men’s race, Pietro Riva (G.S. Fiamme Oro Padova) claimed the gold medal with a time of 28:41.57. The race was decided in the final straight, with Italo Quazzola (Atletica Casone Noceto) and Francesco Guerra (G.P. Parco Alpi Apuane) finishing second and third, respectively.
